The backyard fence provides privacy but is not designed as a secure off-leash enclosure. Pets must remain leashed and supervised outdoors. Trailer parking, RV parking, and camper hookups may be available with advance approval and an additional fee. The property is in a peaceful country setting next to a small church. Occasional Sunday activity, light road noise, and natural country sounds may be heard. The outdoor space includes gravel and uneven areas near the fire pit. Please supervise children. Cowboys Cottage is located in a peaceful East Tennessee country setting, not a crowded cabin resort. You may hear birds, crickets, frogs, occasional road noise, or limited activity at the neighboring church on Sunday mornings. HEATED COWBOY POOL Our heated stock tank soaking pool is designed for relaxing outdoors. It is not a traditional jetted hot tub. Children must be supervised at all times. PETS Dogs are welcome with prior approval and the applicable pet fee. The backyard fence provides privacy but is not a secure off-leash enclosure. Pets must remain supervised and leashed outdoors. OUTDOOR SAFETY The backyard includes gravel, a fire pit, and naturally uneven ground. Please supervise children and use care around the fire pit and soaking pool. PARKING & RV HOOKUPS Standard parking is included. Trailer parking, RV parking, and camper hookups may be available with advance approval and an additional fee. SECURITY CAMERAS A Ring doorbell monitors the front entrance. Additional exterior cameras monitor the area around a separate shop building. No cameras are located inside the cottage or overlooking the private backyard. PRIVACY Guests enjoy private use of the entire cottage and fenced backyard. We're nearby if assistance is needed, but otherwise respect your privacy.
